Come learn how to make your own sourdough breads!

During the sourdough class you will make 2 loaves of sourdough bread, as well as 2 loaves of Focaccia bread. You will also learn how to maintain your own starter.

Please plan to bring 2 bread loaf pans/containers to take your dough home in.

What you receive:

sourdough recipes, freshly fed sourdough starter, 4 loaves of bread, and 2 hours of instruction/expertise in making sourdough bread, and best of all, a fun time!

All classes must be prepaid to guarantee your spot.

Each class session must have at least 4 participants, or the class will be cancelled. My time is valuable, therefore, classes will begin promptly at specified time.
