Hours:

Monday 5am-1:30pm

Tuesday 5am-1:30pm

Wednesday 5am-1:30pm

Thursday 5am-1:30pm

Friday 5am-1:30pm

One Saturday/month 6am-2pm

Extra hours during holiday/busy seasons

Requirements:

Must have or be willing to get Serv Safe Manager training and certification.

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds

  • Must be able to stand on feet on concrete for long periods of time

  • Must be able to self pace to accomplish any given list of tasks in a designated amount of time.

Duties to Include but not limited to:

  • Mixing and shaping bread dough

  • Scoring and baking bread

  • Slicing and packaging bread

  • Fulfilling customer orders

  • Shaping pastries

  • Mixing and shaping scones

  • Prep/mix chicken salad

  • Put away truck deliveries

  • Help with daily clean up of kitchen

  • Assist front staff as needed

  • Give direction to staff who assist this position

  • Collaborate to provide regular specials

    Pay/Benefits

    $16/hour

    5 days paid time off per year

    Free lunch every shift

    Time off may NOT be taken during November, December, April or May

Front of House/Sales

Hours:

Monday-Friday 6:30 am-3pm

2 Saturdays/month mandatory (will receive one other day off during these weeks)

Saturday hours: 7:30am-3pm

Pay/Benefits:

  • $14/hour

Requirements:

As a Cashier, you’re in charge of welcoming customers, taking their orders, helping them have a great experience, and sending them off with a smile. Come share good eating and craveable food with the best customers in town.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Ring up orders quickly and accurately.

  • Know our menu.

  • Help customers with questions or requests.

  • Deliver excellent customer service in every circumstance.

  • Convey energy, warmth, and a passion for good eating.

  • Step in and support other staff as needed

Kitchen Prep

Hours:

Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

Minimum 1 Saturday/month mandatory

Very limited time off in November/December/April/May

Must be available to work the first weekend in December and the first weekend in May

Flexible scheduling

  • Cleaning and prepping salad ingredients

  • Placing and receiving meat orders

  • Properly dating and preparing ingredients for customer orders

  • Preparing customer orders

  • Serving customers with a smile

  • Stocking supplies

  • Prepare soups and other specials

  • Dishes and general kitchen cleanup

  • Assisting other staff as needed

Pay/Benefits:

Lunch Service

Hours:

Monday-Wednesday 10:45 am-3pm

Or

Thursday-Friday 10:45-3pm

Minimum 1 Saturday/month mandatory

$12/hour + tips

Free pastry or drink every shift
